ESPN has announced the release of a special edition magazine following the illustrious career of Serena Williams. The news was up on the official Twitter handle of the sports broadcasting channel. “ESPN has produced a Serena Williams special edition magazine on her inspiring journey & remarkable career that led her to become the greatest of all time The 80-page print issue, in partnership with @dotdashmeredith, hits newsstands Oct. 21,” it read.

Later, Alexis Ohanian shared it on his Twitter account and wrote, “Gotta pick up a few of these and get ’em slabbed + graded for Jr to have when she grows up.”

Serena Williams married Ohanian in 2017. The Reddit cofounder is a renowned businessman and has made many important business investments over the years. However, the 39-year-old admits that he was not a sports enthusiast. Ohanian developed the interest after spending time with his now-wife Serena.

The 41-year-old was among the best in tennis and observing her compete from the close quarters inspired Ohanian to work for women’s sports. The 39-year-old also spoke about the gap between male and female sports. While he has made investments in it, like his ownership of Angel City FC in the WNSL, the Reddit cofounder also does his part to make it more popular by making use of his huge fan following on social media.
