Chris Evert was recently diagnosed with cancer once again as her ovarian cancer made a reoccurrence. Amidst all the chaos and treatment that she is going through, yesterday was certainly a special and happy day for her as she celebrated her 69 birthday. Of course, she celebrated the day with her loved ones including her family and friends.

A lot of her fans and friends also reached out to her via social media. and one of the many friends who posted for her on her birthday was her close friend Maeve Quinlan and Chris Evert took no time to respond to her birthday wishes!

Hollywood actress Maeve Quinlan is a very close friend of Chris Evert. So, to make her birthday special, she posted about it on her official Twitter account. She wrote a nice message for her and also posted the photos she had of the two of them together.

The message read, “Please join me in wishing my sister-from-another-mother, my loyal bestie, and my forever HERO (now more than ever) the HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS!!!!! I, now we, love you so much Chrissie!!!! HBD”. After she posted about it, Chris Evert also made sure to respond to that.

She replied, “I love u too, Maeve! Get your ass down here and visit me”. With the manner of the comment, it can be seen how close of a friendship the two of them share. Among other people, Billie Jean King and Tracy Austin also wished Evert a happy birthday on Twitter.

Billie Jean King posted a picture of herself with Evert along with a wonderful message that said, “Today is our dear friend and tennis legend Chris Evert’s birthday. Please join me in sending her some cheer, love, and support on her special day.” Not only did she wish her a happy birthday but also asked other people on the social media platform especially her fans to wish Chris Evert the same.
