The 21-year-old Chinese star is bashing players left and right. She started her stint in Melbourne with a three-set victory and a comeback after losing the first set. She would follow it up with a straight sets win as she shut Katie Boulter down with ease. Zheng would follow it up with a hard-fought victory against Wang Yafan as the match went to a tie-breaker in the third set.

Océane Dodin is her next opponent, and Zheng will face her with just as much ruthlessness spirit as she faced others. Armed with advice from Pere Riba, Zheng will aim to bring the Australian Open trophy back to China.
