Danielle Collins seems to be in the form of her life. The American star, who earlier this year announced that she would be taking retirement from the game after the end of this year is in the form of her life. Having won the Miami Open just a few days ago, she is looking unstoppable at the ongoing WTA Charleston Open as well. Having faced Ons Jabeur in the round of 32, she cruised past her with a hard-fought 3-set win.

But, it was not the win that stole the limelight. It was Ons Jabeur’s frustrated act that stole the show. Soon after the incident reached the internet, the fans took the stage to express their disappointment over it.

Ons Jabeur vented her frustration as she slammed the racket on the court in the tough match Seeing this, a user could not hide his amusement and suggested that this was something that he hadn’t seen from her in a while. “Don’t think I’ve ever seen Ons like this. She is really down bad,” said the fan who was worried about her form.

This fan came ahead and took a dig at Jabeur suggesting that she was not sniffing the WTA finals. “Oh she’s not sniffing year end finals I’m afraid,” said the fan. Interestingly, the WTA finals are under a lot of scrutiny as many have opposed the venue being in Suaid but the likes of Jabeur have been in its favor.

This player took the Serena Williams way and suggested that she should rather take some rest from the events to develop her mentality and things. “if you are not serena williams, don’t be tempted to play in more tournaments to improve your mentality and game. I love you ons but that’s it pls have a rest & make yourself tired less,” said the fan who came up with a huge suggestion.

Another fan came ahead and suggested the same thing as he said that Jabeur needs a break. “She needs a break,” suggested the fan after seeing Jabeur’s disastrous performances.

Last, but not least, this fan also had the same words as he made it clear that her career is near to done. “her career is DONE,” said the fan who was disappointed with her form.

Thus, fans from around the world joined hands as they slammed Ons Jabeur after a disappointing performance from the star who already has a lot on her shoulders. While Danielle Collins stunned everyone with yet another win and, it was Jabeur’s filthy act that stole the show against everything.

Ons Jabeur’s best performance came in September last year

This season has been the worst for her. Interstingly, the Tunisian star has not been able to make her way past the first round in most of the tournament. Her best performances so far this year include a second-round appearance at the Australian Open and the Abu Dhabi Open.

That being said, the only best performance that she has been able to bag so far in recent months was way back in September when she won the Ningbo Open. With a series of sloppy performances, she came in against Danielle Collins with a lot of pressure already. Collins, who has been in the form of her life made it clear that nothing but a victory will soothe her.
