Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian is a huge fan of Hollywood movies. Often, the Reddit co-founder is spotted attending movie screenings with his wife and their five-year-old daughter, Olympia.

Additionally, he is quite active on social media and gives his honest opinions about the happenings in Hollywood. Recently, he had special words for ‘Black Panther 2‘ director, Ryan Coogler.

Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian lauds Ryan Coogler

Ohanian took to Twitter to praise Ryan Coogler for his honest admission. He said, “Ryan is a generational talent. We’re lucky to have him creating.” 

Earlier, Coogler revealed how he went through emotional trauma following actor Chadwick Boseman’s death. The latter had lost his battle against colon cancer in 2020. Further, Coogler said that it hurt too much to think about making movies.

Her third-round defeat against Australia’s Ajla Tomljanovic proved to be the final match of her professional career. Subsequently, she gave an emotional speech before bidding adieu to tennis in front of her ‘home’ fans.

Recently, the American legend appeared in a video for Vogue, where she answered several questions on different subjects. One of the questions was regarding the player who was her tennis icon. Replying to this question, Serena Williams said, “Monica Seles.”

Seles is a former world number one and a nine-time Grand Slam singles champion. Additionally, she also won three year-end WTA Tour Championships. During her career, she represented Yugoslavia and the United States, helping the latter win a bronze medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympic games.
