Serena Williams takes a trip to Athens
The 40-year-old visited the capital of Greece, Athens, along with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, and her 4-year-old daughter, Olympia. Serena took to Instagram to share glimpses of her recent trip.
Sharing her pictures on her official Instagram handle, she said, “We took a impromptu trip to Athens. These pics are totally untouched. You can see my arm is my color and my body glowing. I think its a message to keep shining. Hope you shine bright today.”

Last month, Serena made her much-awaited comeback to tennis. Last year, she suffered a hamstring injury while playing in her first-round match at Wimbledon. Subsequently, she missed the rest of the 2021 season and the start of this season.

Serena confirms another tournament before the US Open
The 23-time Grand Slam champion was included in the entry list of the Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati. Earlier, Serena had already confirmed her participation in the National Bank Open in Toronto. The entry list for the WTA 1000 tournament in Cincinnati also features the likes of Iga Swiatek and Bianca Andreescu.
