The Reddit co-founder is a huge proponent of paid family leave, as mentioned in his column for the New York Times Parenting in 2019. He feels that fathers need to be there for their kids in the early years of their growth. And these values were imbibed in him by his father. Though he could not be there for him, he showed his love and care through the little actions that are surfacing now.

The lead investor of Angel City FC took to Twitter to share one such beautiful memory. He stated, “My dad really kept everything he’s bringing this stuff down to me. Only real ones know that card set in the middle.” Furthermore, he questioned his self-control and stated, “How did I not open them???”

This is not the first time Chris Ohanian, father of the Reddit co-founder, has melted his heart. On another occasion, Ohanian shared an adorable token of love that his father had saved for 39 years.

It was a baby T-shirt that his father had preserved from the hospital in which Alexis Ohanian was born. Along with this, he shared a message where he vouched for fathers to be sentimental and not hide their emotions.
