Well, who does not adore Olympia? We have seen on numerous occasions, her mother Serena Williams, and father Alexis Ohanian, going gaga over their daughter. Unsurprisingly, the charm of the adorable Olympia has taken hold of her grandfather, Richard Williams, as well.

In an old Instagram video of the former world no.1, her father could be seen swooning over his granddaughter while she drives her bicycle. The legendary coach and father had trained Venus and Serena Williams during the formative years in tennis.
Richard Williams went gaga over the bike-riding skills of Olympia
Every grandparent hails even the smallest achievements of their grandchild. Richard Williams is no different. In November 2021, Serena Williams uploaded an Instagram video of her father motivating his granddaughter Olympia while she rode a bicycle.

Her grandfather motivated her by saying, “C’mon girl, you are the best!” The 23-time grand slam champion stated below the video, “A rare sighting, the one and only G.O.A.T. still motivating… King Richard, but I call him daddy.”

He could not help but adore her and recorded a video of hers. Olympia started her ride with a warning bell and was adorned in a pink T-shirt along with a pink helmet.
The role played by ‘King’ Richard in shaping the careers of Venus and Serena Williams
Richard Williams played a crucial role in helping his daughters become the torchbearers of women’s tennis. Both the players agree that their growth in professional tennis would not have been possible had it not been for their father. He practiced with them diligently and helped them realize their dreams.

Now, Serena Williams has attained 23 Grand Slam titles and Venus seven. Both the sisters have also clinched 14 grand slam titles in the doubles category.
