The German tennis icon, Steffi Graf, started her illustrious tennis journey at a very young. The former World No 1 player was among some of the most promising young tennis players of her era. Additionally, Graf dominated on the tennis court with her incredible style of playing the game. After moving away from the court, Graf recently talked about her active involvement in tennis.

As a citizen living in Las Vegas, Graf talked about the development of young tennis talents in Germany. The 22-time Grand Slam champion also stated that she has met some incredibly talented German tennis athletes in Las Vegas.

Steffi Graf talked about young talents in German tennis

The former German tennis player was recently featured in an interview where she talked about German tennis. Meanwhile, Steffi Graf was also asked what she noticed about the developments in women’s tennis in Germany. Graf, who is currently living in Las Vegas with her family, answered the question by stating that she follows German women’s tennis from a distance.

The former World No 1 further revealed that she has personally met some talented German players in Las Vegas. Graf also stated that she had personal encounters with some young players at various exhibition matches and tennis events.

The former tennis player also stated that Barbara is passionately working for German tennis. She added that many volunteers and local staff have worked hard to organize top tournaments in Berlin.

Graf stated that the venue of the bett1open tournament is beautifully located in Berlin. She added that the tournament will attract a lot of viewership among the audience. The 22 Grand Slam champion said that both the players and the tennis fans will enjoy the tournament.
