Even though Serena has been out of the tour for a year now, the player still doesn’t seem to have time to relax. Being out of the tour, Serena is greatly focusing on Serena Ventures, and her personalized clothing line, ‘S by Serena’. Taking the two hand in hand, Serena today asked for one of the unique inventions. An invention on sleep.
Serena Williams and her late-night personal shoots
The former World No. 1 is known for her out-of-box dresses, designed by a number of premium high street designers. Completing the look, the player couples the dress with matching makeup and hair. A similar site was seen today. Today, 10th April (9th night in the USA), Serena took to her Instagram, uploading two stories.
In the stories, Williams was spotted showing off her pink plunging dress. The first story was a full mirror selfie, clicked by Serena herself. In the selfie, Serena wore a plunging thigh-slit dress. With her shoulder-length blonde hair in place, Serena coupled the dress with matching heels. However, what acted as the cherry on the top was the diamond ring in her right hand.
The second story was a video made by Serena through the selfie camera of her phone. In the video, Serena revealed that it is late at night and she is in need of deep sleep. Opening up to her fans, Serena said, “It’s so tiring for me to go to bed right now. I’m like, go to bed Serena, go to bed. I just need an invention on sleep.” The legendary player ended the video with a pout, saying, “Good night…or good morning.”

Even though the main focus of the stories was Serena, what couldn’t be ignored was the place where she shot the stories. The stories were shot in one of the lavish bathrooms of Williams’ magnificent house in Miami. As per reports, Serena’s sister Venus Williams designed the house.

Serena on the tennis front
Eyeing her 8th title, Serena entered the 2021 Wimbledon. She started her campaign with a first-round clash with Aliaksandra Sasnovich. However, 3-3 in the first set, Serena slipped on the grass, injuring her right hamstring. The injury forced the American to retire from the tournament. However, the worst was yet to come. A number of fans speculated about her return on the tour in different tournaments. However, Serena always came upfront prior to the tournament, announcing her withdrawal. However, recently, the player made her fans go gaga as she dropped a hint of a possible comeback at the 2022 Wimbledon.
