Venus Williams’ striking reaction over Serena’s spirit animal revelation

Recently, Venus released a video on her YouTube channel, in which she talked about what inspired her as a tennis player. Not only that, in the same conversation, she also revealed that animals like tigers and lions quite inspired her. And suddenly, while talking about animals, she recalled a conversation she had with Serena about her spirit animal. From her reaction in the video, we can say she was pleasantly surprised.

She said, “What kind of animal we were?…She told me that she was a liger. Of course, I laughed I died I don’t know anyone who says what animal would you want to be if you were an animal or what’s your spirit animal nobody says liger but Serena Williams of course the greatest athlete to hit the planet. She says, liger so there you go.”

The spirit animal, Liger, results from interbreeding between a lion and a tiger, mostly in captivity. The animal towers above both lions and tigers, and certainly is the heaviest cat species on the planet. However, Serena’s answer isn’t a surprise as the former world number one’s liger-like personality is definitely something she got from her father. A year ago, Will Smith, who played the reel King Richard in the movie, compared Richards’ personality to a lion.

During his virtual interview with the Movie Report, the Oscar-nominated actor shared the moment that literally convinced him to play the role of King Richard in his movie. Additionally, in that interview, he compared the American coach to a lion.
