Iga Swiatek joins Zendaya as Lancome’s brand ambassador

The four-time Grand Slam champion recently took to her Twitter handle to share an exciting update regarding how she has become the first ambassador of Lancome. Iga Swiatek wrote, “I just became the first Polish ambassador of Lancôme and first athlete among its brand ambassadors like Zendaya or Julia Roberts…”

In August 2023, Lancome launched the #IdôlebyLancome campaign featuring Zendaya, and the 27-year-old has not looked back since. For Swiatek, it’s a huge honor, not only because she gets to represent the same brand as her idol, but also because she is representing her sport and her country.

Further, the world number one stated, “This is huge for me and I’m looking forward to this journey. Stay tuned for more!” Along with that, Swiatek shared a stunning picture of herself, in which she was wearing a black pant-suit attire that looked beautiful on her while radiating her athletic glow.

Lancôme is a luxury brand owned by the L’Oreal Group, and Zendaya has promoted the amazing perfume range, making it one of the best sellers of the brand.

However, just a few weeks ago, when she met Zendaya at the Indian Wells, Swiatek shared her feelings about meeting the Dune actress as a crazy experience.

Swiatek’s excited for Zendaya’s Challengers

When Zendaya watched the world number one do amazing on the tennis court when she defeated the Greek tennis player Maria Sakkari, Iga Swiatek shared her thoughts on the starstruck meeting in an interview. She stated, “I was just happy that she’s enjoying tennis, and she’s having a movie with a tennis theme coming out.” Zendaya’s new movie Challengers is set to hit theatres on April 26th and follows a player turned coach’s story.

The four-time Grand Slam champion said she was willing to support Zendaya after winning her second Indian Wells match and earning her 19th career title. Swiatek stated, “That should be really exciting. She can practice with me any time if she wants to.”
