Nobody can outshine the former world number one on and off the tennis court because of her charisma. However, things change after you are married; even if you are a well-known figure in the world, everything around you changes. Similarly, for Navratilova too, a lot of things changed when she got married to a Russian model.

Navratilova’s wife’s cheeky personal confession

In an interview with ‘Up and Adam’, the 50-year-old Russian model talked about her personal life and her professional life. On one hand, from her professional life, she talked about her show, Real Housewives of Miami. And on the other hand, she detailed her personal life with the tennis legend. However, in the conversation, she reveals the former tennis player’s reaction, when she bosses around the house giving her instructions—even after being married for a decade now.

She revealed, “I never looked at her more than Martina, my girlfriend, my partner, my wife. You know, I’m bossing her around, I’m giving her hard time, and then sometimes think, Oh my god-like, she’s sometimes, Julia, you should be nicer to me. You know, but, like, she’s so real and, uh, so authentic.” 

Additionally, the 50-year-old Russian model also discussed how she has never viewed the 59-time Grand Slam champion as a famous figure but rather just as a partner who is genuine and honest at home.

Furthermore, there are instances when the former world number one is quite irritated with his actress wife’s actions. Likewise, the Real Housewives of Miami season teaser was unveiled last year. In that, the tennis legend was seen venting her resentment towards her wife at one point.
