Meanwhile, she has been enjoying her time off the tennis court. Leading to some uncertainty over her tennis career whether she still has the hunger to win a Grand Slam title. Notably, Margaret Court still has the most number of singles Grand Slam titles in women’s tennis; Serena is just one behind. In a recent interview with CNN, the American tennis player revealed whether she has the drive to win another Grand Slam.

Serena Williams is not giving up yet

In the interview with CNN, Serena Williams talked to the host Christiane Amanpour and discussed her desire to win that one Grand Slam title. Serena thought she had many opportunities to win that one title, but could not. She did mention, though, that she was not giving up just yet.

“You know, I’m committed to me right now. I love tennis and I love, you know, what I do and right now I just have to commit to me. What does that mean? I don’t know, I still play tennis obviously (laughs) and I still train… I’m the kind of person who’s like, honestly I should have been at like 30 or 32… That’s kind of how I look at it,” Serena talked about her commitment to reaching 24 Grand Slam titles.
