It looked like the 22-year-old Canadian tennis player, Bianca Andreescu, had rediscovered some sort of form on the professional circuit in recent weeks. But her great form was brutally cut short because of a sudden injury she faced on the tennis court. And seeing her struggle on the court, the whole tennis world felt disturbed along with her.

Yesterday, the Canadian star was roaring with enthusiasm. And today, she suffered a huge setback as she suffered a left ankle injury in her 4th round match at the Miami Open match against Ekaterina Alexandrova.

Andreescu was trying to play a shot against Alexandrova, but suddenly, out of nowhere, she injured her ankle. She immediately collapsed on the tennis court and started yelling in pain. The twitter handle, The Tennis Letter, shared the heartbreaking scene from the Miami Open, where the onetime Grand Slam champion was screaming in pain.
