The Super Mario Brothers franchise is in a new popularity craze right now. The classic video game series aims at being more accessible as Nintendo released a Super Mario Bros movie. The latest initiative to reinvigorate the franchise has caught the attention of Alexis Ohanian, the husband of Serena Williams, as well. The Reddit co-founder dressed up for a Mario party, which he and Williams threw for their daughter. Ohanian rose to the occasion and dressed up as Mario, which melted the hearts of his followers as they left sweet comments for the family.

Recently, the founder of the venture capital firm, Seven Seven Six, uploaded a picture on his Instagram in which he showed off his Mario outfit. He gave some backstory to his followers and stated that he dressed as the beloved character in order to attend a party. Williams and Ohanian threw a Mario party for their daughter, which also had people wearing proper costumes.

In classic businessman fashion, he also stated that he would love to buy stock in Nintendo after watching the movie. He added that he was loving the growth of the series.
