Venus Williams is undoubtedly one of the most respected players the sport has ever seen. She has a 27-year long career to her name, which is not over yet. Williams has received immense love and respect from fans around the world in her time on the Tour. However, what always stands out is the way she gives back to her fans.
Venus recently took to her Instagram account and posted a story sharing NFL star Tom Brady’s Instagram post. The legendary quarterback was addressing his fans and thanking them for their support after the Bucs lost 27-30 in the NFL Divisional Round.

It’s about giving everything you have for Venus and Brady
Williams shared the post on her story, also showing a gesture of gratitude. She wrote a few lines for all the fans and followers, along with tagging the NFL star. “It’s about giving your all. It’s about enjoying the competition. It’s about leaving it all out there. Bravo Tom Brady,” wrote Venus.
Brady’s team almost made a spirited comeback inspired by the legendary quarterback himself, but fell inches short to the Los Angeles Rams.
The caption of Brady’s original post read, “I understand that at this stage in my career, there is going to be interest in my future whenever a season ends, but this week, all that is on my mind is the gratitude I have for this team and the fans that have supported us all year long. This year has been incredibly rewarding personally and professionally and I am appreciative of everyone who worked their ass off to help our team achieve so much.”

Venus Williams on the tour
The former World No. 1 has been out of the tour since August 2021. She last played at the WTA Chicago Women’s Open, losing to Taiwan’s Su-Wei Hsieh in the first round.

The 7 time Grand Slam champion hasn’t been on her top form for quite some time now. However, fans around the world believe that Williams will soon be back on the court and show some vintage skills to once again shine.
