Sabalenka asked Kalinskaya, “Okay, who is your fashion inspiration on the tennis tour?” The Russian player funnily replied, “Maybe, Coco…”

Sabalenka stopped her Russian colleague and took a jibe at her by asking again, “Coco?!”

Kalinskaya laughed and responded, “No, it’s you!”

The duo constantly engaged in laughter, expressing their close bond. Sabalenka also funnily said, “No pressure. Like No pressure” revealing that she and Kalinskaya are truly friends. The Belarusian player later confessed to pulling Kalinskaya’s hair from behind to make her change her answer.

“I can get recharged, so I can compete better and have more energy, and be better mentally. Then, I can be as good as them.” Her words revealed how minutely she analyzed her strengths and weaknesses to evaluate her skills.

This Russian player showed great improvement in the last season. She reached her career-high ranking of 11 in October and was currently positioned at WTA number 14.
