For this, the 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams answered the question herself.
Recently, Serena visited Jimmy Kimmel Live to talk about her father’s biopic ‘King Richard.’ During the show, she revealed why Saniyya Sidney and Demi Singleton seem to be good tennis players who play Venus and Serena in the film, respectively. Later on, the tennis queen had some career advice for the two phenomenal actors.

First and foremost, Serena revealed a big challenge about filming tennis for movies. Then, she shared how Saniyya and Demi cleared the challenge.
“Tennis is one sport in the movies that you can’t really fake,” Serena explained to Jimmy Kimmel. “You can always tell, like okay, they’re not a real player. These girls once they cast, they learned how to play tennis, and they learned how to play our technique of tennis.”

In continuation, the four-time Olympic gold medal winner praised the talents of the two actors. Serene even recommended the two continue tennis training and become professionals.
“It was Saniyya who played Venus and then Demi who played me, and you can’t understand that they didn’t play tennis before. It seemed like they played; they are hitting their whole lives,” Serena added. “They should keep training and go pro. Why not continue. So my dad will have two more champions; it’d be really cool.”
