King Richard graced theaters in 2021. The movie encompassed the story of Serena and Venus Williams from their father’s point of view. It showcased what the family went through to help the girls taste success in the end. From critics to the general crowd, everyone found the movie inspiring and well-made. And the biggest credit for this goes to the actors who adapted perfectly to the personalities of these people.
While Will Smith played Richard Williams’ part, Saniyya Sidney and Demi Singleton acted as his daughters Venus and Serena. Further, as they spent so much time together, the girls not only studied the nuances of acting from Smith but also got close to him.

Smith’s latest project, Emancipation, had its first screening on October 1, and he introduced the movie to his fans by uploading a clip on social media. And wrote, “This was the hardest movie I’ve ever made. Blood, Sweat & Tears… LITERALLY! Shoutout to Apple, who doubled (and tripled) down on their commitment to deliver this epic story to the world.”

To which, alongside crowds of fans, the impressed Sidney commented, “Thank you Mr Will for this story!!” Speaking of the movie, it is a historical action thriller directed by Antoine Fuqua staring Ben Foster and Smith.
