The American internet entrepreneur recently took to social media to reminisce about the moment when he wrote a heartfelt letter to his younger self. Ohanian stated, “4 years ago, @CBSThisMorning asked me to write a letter to my younger self. Frankly, if I could go back in time to tell my younger self how he’d end up in a few decades — I think he’d be pretty impressed.”

In that letter, he reminisced about the most important decision of his journey that made him a successful entrepreneur. Ohanian was just a young college student who decided to forgo pursuing a professional path as a lawyer. Ohanian previously revealed that his mother was an illegal immigrant

The tech giant was previously featured in an interview where talked about his entrepreneurial journey and also bout his mother, Anke Ohanian. Alexis’ mother was a pharmacy technician, and she worked hard to raise her family. Additionally, he made a surprising revelation that his mother broke the law in order to arrive in the United States.

Ohanian went on to say that she was a young immigrant from Germany who made various sacrifices for her family. The internet entrepreneur also revealed that his mother was undocumented when she arrived in the country just to look after her family, including a young Ohanian.
