Speaking about her own dressing sense back in 2020, the American once said that she absolutely loves Jennifer Lopez for her style and looks. Further, in admiration of Lopez, Serena wanted to look like her when she also turns 50.

“I think right now, you can’t think of style and not think of Jennifer Lopez,’ said the athlete. ‘She’s just a little bit ridiculous and beyond amazing. She’s always been stylish. I mean, I can’t wait to be her age because I want to look like that.” She said.

The American legend announced her return to tennis after a long gap. Earlier this week, she shelled out her much-awaited comeback plans. Serena is all set to take part in the upcoming Wimbledon championship. The 40-year-old received a wild card entry to the grass court Grand Slam.

The chances of her comeback looked very bleak when her name was missing from the announced list of Wimbledon entrants. However, the American had a surprise planned for her fans and the news would have definitely make them very happy. Notably, the former World Number one will play doubles with Ons Jabeur in Eastbourne in order to prepare for Wimbledon.

Serena has won a record winning seven Wimbledon titles to her name and is only behind Martina Navratilova(9) and Helen Wills(8) in the list of most titles won.
