Madrid Open: Controversy Erupts as Jelena Ostapenko Blasts Ons Jabeur’s Husband and Coach Fernando Verdasco for Their Hyper Excitement

Ons Jabeur recently marked an end to Jelena Ostapenko‘s run for the title in Madrid. The Tunisian managed to take full control over her opponent taking her down in straight sets with a final scoreline of 6-0, 6-4. However, besides the fact that Jabeur made noise with her performance on the court, loud noises emerged from her box as well.

Jabeur seemed to be dominant right from the start of the match. While everyone was excited to see her take down the opponent in style, the members present in her box started to get over-excited, making enough noise that turned out to be disturbing for Jelena Ostapenko.
