American tennis legend Martina Navratilova is currently working with the tennis channel. Performing her duties as a tennis broadcaster, Navratilova also brought her pet dog, Lulu, to the sets. On one such occasion, American tennis star Reilly Opelka was also present on the sets.

The 25-year-old was more than happy to help Navratilova with Lulu. While Opelka later posted an adorable picture with Lulu later, Navratilova was quick to thank him.

Reilly Opelka took an adorable picture of Lulu Navratilova on his lap. Sharing it on Twitter, he wrote, Hanging with Lulu Navratilova on set @TennisChannel @Martina.”

The former world number one also thanked Opelka from Lulu’s end. “Thanks for the lap Reilly, love Lulu,” she replied to Opelka’s tweet.

Navratilova has been covering tennis for a long time now. Fans love her for her accurate and unbiased analysis of the sport. Prior to that, Navratilova has done great in her playing days as well. The 65-year-old has 18 Grand Slam titles and topped the WTA rankings for a long time.

Navratilova lauds Roger Federer on his retirement

Swiss tennis maestro Roger Federer recently played his last game. Earlier this month, the 41-year-old declared that the Laver Cup was going to be his last tournament. Federer paired up with his arch-rival and fellow tennis great Rafael Nadal to play for Team Europe. However, the duo lost their very first match to the American pair of Jack Sock and Frances Tiafoe.

What followed was an emotional, teary-eyed farewell for the Swiss legend. The entire world stood up and applauded Federer for a wonderful and inspirational career. Martina Navratilova also heaped praise on the 20-time Grand Slam champion. She termed herself privileged enough to watch Federer play for more than two decades. The 65-year-old also wished him well for his post-retirement life.

Federer ended up as the third highest Grand Slam winner. Rafael Nadal holds the top spot with 22 titles while Novak Djokovic stands second on the list with 21 Majors. With both Djokovic and Nadal still active, it will be interesting to see who finishes on top.
