A video of the moment was shared by Tennis Letter with the caption. “Danielle Collins blew a kiss to the Romanian fans who were cheering against her in her match against Cirstea 😂 I don’t think we’ll ever see another Danielle. The woman is an icon.”

The American star faced Cirstea in the third round, but the match was initially delayed due to bad weather conditions. They eventually replayed their bout yesterday, which saw Collins take the win from the Romanian player. She won the match 6-2, 6-3, but found herself constantly listening to cheers for Cirstea.
