“just tells me to pay invoices” – Madison Keys reveals the only relief point among all the stress from multiple activities
After winning her opening-round clash in the Miami Open against Diana Shnaider in straight sets, Madison Keys opened up about her highly packed schedule these days to ‘Tennis Channel’: “Yeah, so decided to renovate a house, and plan a wedding and try to play tennis all in the same year. We’ll see how insane I am by the end of it. But, so far, so good. We’ve got tile going in. Drywall is getting finished, so the wedding planner is amazing. “I am as involved as I need to be. Our wedding planner is absolutely amazing, brilliant. I love her dearly. She basically gives me three options and says, which one do you like? And I said, perfect. I, I was never really someone who dreamed of a wedding. I always said I could get married in Vegas with an Elvis impersonator there, Bjorn said. That was a hard no. So now we’re planning a wedding.”
Keys also has to focus on the upcoming year and play against some of the biggest stars this season. Her schedule has become busier over time and she will need to bust out her best management skills.
