Hollywood stars such as Hugh Jackman, Andrew Jackson, and Queen Latifah were spotted in the crowd. Furthermore, we also saw British journalist Anna Wintour and Australian actress Rebel Wilson.

Apart from that, ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’, Mike Tyson was also present, sitting alongside tennis legend Martina Navratilova. Additionally, the four-time grand slam champion, Naomi Osaka, was present there and was cheering for her idol. Osaka took to her Instagram story to share the moment of her victory where the crowd was cheering and rooting for her.

Another tennis legend, Billie Jean King was also present and said a few words during the post-match celebrations. There were various other sports personalities, like Olympic ski racer Lindsey Vonn who has always shown a keen interest in tennis.

There were other renowned personalities in the audience as well. We saw Bill Clinton and Dr. Ruth enjoying the match along with the crowd.
Despite these famous personalities, we could not miss out on the people sitting on the courtside who cheered for Williams the most.

They were none other than her family. Her husband Alexis Ohanian and daughter Olympia, along with her mother Oracene Price, cheered her throughout the match.

Williams has a tough challenge ahead of her
Serena Williams defeated Danka Kovinic in the first round of the US Open. Now, she will face world no.2 Anett Kontaveit in the second round.
