The player with a stoic and composed demeanour misses people close to her after securing a victory over Aryna Sabalenka at the Indian Wells. A perfect revenge after Sabalenka defeated her at the Australian Open finals. Nonetheless, Rybakina wishes to have her loved ones beside her to fully embrace the sense of victory.
Tennis enthusiasts hail the rise of the Kazakhstan player from all over the world. Being from a non-tennis country Rybakina has caused a stir in the tennis realm.

Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina misses her close ones after her Indian Wells victory
The Kazakhstan player took the spotlight last year after her astounding victory at Wimbledon. At the beginning of this year, she hoped to start the year with an Australian Open victory. However, Aryna Sabalenka slashed her dreams to do that.
So, this time Indian Wells, Rybakina decided to get back at the Belarusian player. However, despite securing victory at the Indian Wells, she could not enjoy it properly. In her post-match conference, she stated, “For sure missing my parents here, because it will be nice for them to watch me live, especially winning the tournament.”

Stating the reason behind that, she said, “Because they were in Australia. Unfortunately, I lost, so would be nice to see them. I mean, I’m gonna speak with them anyway now, so…”
Known for her cold demeanor, the Kazakhstan tennis player did not hide her vulnerability when it came to her parents.

Rybakina hailed as the next Serena Williams
The continuous rise of Elena Rybakina might not have caught the eyes of the large public. However, her resilient gameplay and yielding results have led two prominent tennis commentators to compare her to Serena Williams.
As reported by Daily Telegraph, they stated Rybakina has the potential to win almost 10 Grand Slam titles. Not just that, but they compared her gaming style and quality to that of Serena Williams.
