She not only participated in the marathon but also finished within a convincing time. Now that she has retired, the Dane recently held a Q&A session. Here, she answered an important question regarding the marathon. Here’s what happened.

Is Caroline Wozniacki going to run a marathon again?

The former Danish tennis star completed the New York City marathon in only 3 hours 26 minutes and 33 seconds. Recently, when Wozniacki held a Q&A session on her Instagram account, a fan asked about the conceivable chances of her participating in a marathon again. Replying to the query, the former tennis star said, “Never say never… BUT that was Haaaaardd!! If I did another one, it would probably be New York (again) or Boston.”

Serena Williams and Caroline Wozniacki are long-time friends. The tennis rivals bonded off the court and have always supported each other. Their friendship deepened when Wozniacki was going through a heartbreak. The Dane was all set to marry but her fiance ended up the relationship on-call days before the scheduled marriage date. Williams stepped up as a friend and made sure her friend recovered from the emotional damage soon.

Mother of Two Caroline Wozniacki Relates to a Hilarious Toddler Message – ‘I Feel This..’

Back in 2014, when Wozniacki completed the marathon, her best friend Serena Williams was among the first few to congratulate her. Later, Serena also answered a question regarding herself doing the same.

When Wozniacki completed the New York City Marathon, Williams was quick to congratulate her best friend.

Later, a fan asked if she was considering running a marathon herself, to which Williams denied it, saying, ” My a** is too big.”

Wozniacki retired from tennis back in 2020. While Serena continued to play for longer and recently called quits after playing one last time in the US Open. Wozniacki also attended Serena’s matches alongside Serena’s husband Alexis Ohanian and daughter Olympia.
