Recently, Gauff’s mother reacted as Barack and Michelle Obama dropped a huge surprise for her daughter. The former POTUS and his wife dropped in at the Arthur Ashe Stadium to cheer for Gauff during her first-round match. Hours ago, Candi Gauff took to her official Instagram handle to express gratitude to the Obamas for supporting her daughter. She shared a series of pictures of her daughter with Barack and Michelle Obama.

Along with sharing the pictures, Gauff’s mother wrote, “Former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama…. Enough said!!! Love, Team Gauff.”

After meeting Barack and Michelle Obama, Gauff talked about her surreal meeting with the former President and his wife. The American tennis star said that she’s never going to forget this meeting. It will be cherished throughout her life. Additionally, she also received some precious advice from Michelle Obama.
