Coco Vandeweghe made a comeback last year after being on a break. She had undergone a hand surgery and had been focusing on getting better. The American player recently played in Charleston Open in USA, where she proceeded till the quarter-finals. She defeated Lauren Davis in the second round. After that, she shared her insight on how her boyfriend, Kyle Filippelli, contributed in the partnership of Hologic and WTA.

Role of Coco Vandeweghe
Coco Vandeweghe defeated Lauren Davis for the first time in a match. She talked about her strategy. Seh also talked about her break and what she has learned from that. Further on, when the writer asked her about what role she had to play in the partnership of Hologic and WTA, she credited her boyfriend for that.

Vandeweghe further said, “It was just really organic and the two WTA tour and Hologic meshed very well. They are leader in women’s health and what a better place to come to is the WTA to help us learn more about ourselves. So, I think the partnership is great.”

The partnership of WTA and Hologic
Coco Vandeweghe hopes that this partnership continues for a long time. Hologic is a developer, manufacturer, and supplier of diagnostic products, which focuses primarily on improving women’s health and well-being. It is a medical technology innovator company. It is the largest global sponsorship in WTA history and Hologic’s first worldwide sponsorship.

Coco Vandeweghe had a rough start this year on the court. In the Australian Open, she got defeated in the qualifiers. However, she did well in the Charleston Open and played the quarter-finals in which Amanda Anisimova defeated her.
