In what can be called one of the most anticipated events of the year, legendary tennis player Serena Williams has finally made her comeback at the Wimbledon Championships and is battling out hard against the Frenchwoman Harmony Tan.

The comeback wasn’t easy for the American as she had to start from the scratch and it took time for Serena to calm her nerves and settle into the match. Meanwhile, Tan, who is playing the biggest match of her career so far, looks more relaxed and played with more freedom when compared to her opponent.

While Serena had the upper hand initially, it was the Frenchwoman who narrowed past Serena to clinch the first set, 7-5. There was a mild interruption to the play as the roof was closed and the second set started right where both the player left the first and the second game took almost twenty minutes to complete.
