And it is at an event for her brand Skims, that a few top WTA tennis players were spotted. 4 times Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka and rising star Amanda Anisimova were among the many famous personalities at the party.

Top tennis stars grace Kim Kardashian’s party

The private event hosted by Kim Kardashian was to celebrate the launch of her pop-up shop in Miami; for SKIMS Swim. This is a new line featuring 19 pieces, along with the trademark SKIMS designs. Also new to this collection, along with the signature nude shades are two color variants- cobalt blue and black.

Amanda Anisimova posted a picture with Kim and looked delighted to be at the party. Fellow player and possibly a Kardashian fan, Anett Kontaveit, also commented on the post.

Also invited was the Japanese star Naomi Osaka. Even though she did not post anything on her social media profiles, they did click some pictures together. And Naomi was seen right beside Kim and her sister Khloe.

Naomi Osaka and others are preparing for Miami Masters

The event was in Miami, where many tennis players of both the ATP and WTA circuits are in now, because of the upcoming tournament. Osaka and Anisimova too are there for the very same reason. Amanda Anisimova defeated the former World No. 1 Osaka, at the Australian Open and it remains to be seen who will emerge victorious in their next meeting, wherever that it.

Naomi Osaka crashed out of the Indian Wells Masters in her second-round match against Veronika Kudermetova. She had to overcome an emotional breakdown following some rude heckles from a member of the audience. Even though that match was tough for her, she later posted about how she would rather be herself than anyone else.

As per the draws, she will play unseeded Astra Sharma in her Round of 128 matches at the Miami Open, tomorrow. Anisimova on the other hand will be playing her first-round match against fellow American Shelby Rogers. Here’s hoping that the following two weeks are replete with some great tennis and incredible twists and turns that are sure to unfold on the court.
