World No. 3 Naomi Osaka has booked herself a ticket to the semi-finale at the WTA 500 Melbourne 2. The Japanese star looks to be in great form, and this is good news for her right ahead of the Australian Open 2021. In the quarters of the tournament, Osaka defeated Irina-Camelia Begu in straight sets. The final scoreline of the match was 7-5, 6-1.

Naomi Osaka didn’t face any sort of difficulty in the quarters of the WTA 500 Melbourne 2. Although she won the first set in the late 12th game, the Japanese completely dominated the next set and finished it in half an hour.

In the post-match presentation, the 3-time Grand Slam winner had a unique demand. She said that although she was having a great time in Australia, it would be great if someone would help her find a good restaurant.

“Actually, I was gonna ask for like, restaurant recommendations,” began Osaka. “Like, a good take out because I don’t really want those legs to sit in, I’d like to take the food and watch like, Netflix by myself. So, if anyone has some good take-out recommendations, it’ll be alright.”

Osaka clearly wants to go out and have some good food. She mentioned that she loved to spend her time eating and watching shows on Netflix.
