Cordae was on a tour after the birth of his daughter in Canada when he jovially dedicated a song to her. During his performance, Cordae announced the name of their daughter which is Shai. Given her mother’s Japanese lineage, the name also seems to find its origin in the Japanese language only.

The couple seems to express their gratitude with the given name. Osaka and Cordae have found their new cheerleader and hope as they welcomed their baby girl into the world with a beautiful name.

The daughter of four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka and renowned American rapper Cordae have become the talk of the town. A few days after their daughter’s birth, Cordae took off to his concert at Calgary Stampede in Canada on July 8 as he announced the arrival of his baby girl.

During the concert, he expressed his love for his fans and stated, “I love you all forever for that. You all are a part of my family.” Then he disclosed the name of his daughter, “And speaking of family… my daughter Shai was just born a couple of days ago. So, I wanna dedicate this performance to my baby girl Shai. I love you, I’m going back home.”
