Interestingly, Iga Świątek, who ended as the semi-finalist at the WTA Ostrava Open 2021, is just 35 points behind her. The Pole currently has 3,106 points and is No.7 on the list.

On the other hand, Maria Sakkari, the runner-up of the Ostrava Open 2021, who recently became the first Greek female player to break into the list of the top-10 players, is six points ahead of Muguruza and is currently at the fifth position. Thus, there is intense competition between these three players.
