Ohanian, one of the world’s most successful tech investors and entrepreneurs, recently reimagined his wife playing a variety of sports. He shared the results on Twitter, and it’s safe to say that all of them were spectacular, to say the least.

AI art is wowing people worldwide, and the tool Midjourney is one of the best AI tools for creating captivating art. Recently, one of Ohanian’s team members dared the tech entrepreneur to use the tool and create some Serena Williams art. The catch was that the art would have to feature Williams playing sports other than tennis.

Ohanian’s first tweet featured Williams as a soccer player. Williams looked marauding with the ball at her feet. She was in the colors of the United States Women’s National Team (USWNT). In the tweet, Ohanian wrote, “Just for fun, someone on my team dared me to use midjourney to create AI art of S playing different sports”. He added, “They actually turned out pretty cool. Here’s @serenawilliams striker (probably) for the @USWNT.”

In his next tweet, Ohanian used Midjourney to create Williams’ figure skating avatar. Initially, his prompt confused the tool. As a result, it came up with Williams looking like a speed skater. It led to Ohanian writing, “I need to get better at these prompts”. However, judging by the second image, it seems like Ohanian got his prompts right the second time around.

In the last tweet, Ohanian asked Midjourney to create the ballet dancer version of Williams.

AI shows no sign of stopping in terms of impressing Alexis Ohanian

Ohanian is a staunch supporter of AI and believes that it holds the potential to change the world for the better. In the past, Ohanian has used other AI tools such as ChatGPT. While he is of the opinion that AI tools still aren’t perfect, he has still been hugely impressed by what they can do.

For example, earlier this month, Ohanian asked ChatGPT to create a summary of his bestselling book ‘Without Their Permission: How the 21st Century Will Be Made, Not Managed’. The results impressed Ohanian so much that he thought that ChatGPT could write his book from scratch much better than he did.
