Former Russian tennis player, Maria Sharapova, is the latest athlete to join NFTs and Cryptocurrencies. Earlier, legendary tennis player Serena Williams also spoke about investing in cryptocurrencies. And now the 5-time Grand Slam winner shared a recent post about a Crypto firm raising plenty of money.

Maria Sharapova wants to use the Justin Bieber sticker from now on

Two-time French Open champion, Maria Sharapova has invested in the Cryptocurrency startup MoonPay. According to recent news, it generated around $87 million. After seeing the news, Sharapova recently shared it on her Instagram story. In that story, she wrote, “I’ve previously never had the excuse to use a Bieber sticker… until now.“

It is worth noting that the Russian tennis player is not the only investor in this firm. Famous singer Justin Bieber has also invested in this crypto firm. Apart from them, other celebrities, like Snoop Dogg, Bruce Willis, Gwyneth Paltrow, Ashton Kutcher, and others, have also made an investment. MoonPay basically provides all payment infrastructure for NFTs and Cryptocurrencies.

A few weeks back, Seren was busy promoting her Venture capital firm Serena Ventures, raising around $111 million to help the next generations of entrepreneurs.

While talking about Serena Ventures, Serena revealed her favorite cryptocurrency, which is Ethereum. According to her, she resonates with Ethereum more than any other cryptocurrency.
