Japanese tennis star Naomi Osaka surprised her fans by unraveling her model avatar. However, she brought some more surprises by being extra excited to see her face on Nike’s billboards.  In a recent collaboration, this tennis prodigy was spotted on Nike’s social media page. According to the details, Osaka was spotted wearing a Nike dress, which was supposedly her special comeback outfit. Now this collaboration became Nike’s new advertisement before the Australian Open.

Now Osaka’s fans know well that this tennis star has been collaborating with the brand for quite some time. After her presence at the Victoria’s Secret family, Osaka joined Nike in 2022. The rest is truly history since the star was spotted in Nike’s outfit many times.  Now that she is again on Nike’s huge billboards, Osaka’s excitement just doubled.

Nike’s official Instagram page shared a photo of Naomi Osaka wearing a shimmery black uniform. Sharing the photo, Nike added- “Yesterday I found new purpose in tomorrow. Today, I’m stronger.” This image became Nike’s new advertisement front. Now Osaka recently shared in her official Instagram story that one of her fans spotted her image on a huge billboard in Boston. Sharing it on her story, Osaka added- “I need to go see this.” 

Osaka’s return to the professional tournaments with the ongoing Australian Open didn’t work out well. While Osaka had to exit after the first round, she is currently enjoying her time at home. At this moment, Nike’s billboard surely lifted her mood. At least her expression seeing the huge billboard in Boston revealed something similar.

Naomi Osaka’s photo in Nike’s advertisement also attracted her fans for a special reason. they felt this Japanese tennis star’s outfit brought back the memories of another WTA tennis legend, Serena Williams.

Osaka’s crystal-embellished Nike bodice with swirling skirt reminded fans of American tennis icon Serena Williams. At her final tournament, the world’s former number one also wore a similar outfit, which was again designed by Nike. While Osaka’s dress donned a high neck and sleeveless upper, fans were quick to relate the dress to Serena Williams’s following its similarity to the dress’s half bottom. Given that both dresses were designed by the same brand, it is not unbelievable to have similarities. However, Osaka was surely proud to don an outfit that was similar to Serena Williams’s last outfit on the court.

Naomi Osaka’s excitement to see her face on Nike’s billboard reminded her that she is a regular person like that. Despite so much fame and success, Osaka keeps the child in herself, which makes her fans fall in love with her more.
