They relocated the family to Florida to ensure Coco had access to the best tennis training facilities and coaches. Recognizing the importance of a strong support system, they also made the decision to homeschool Coco. This allowed her to focus on her tennis career while still receiving a quality education.

Decisions like these have only brought Coco and her family together. She is regularly seen spending important moments of her life with her parents and siblings. Just recently she posted a photo of herself in an Instagram story spending time with her mother Candi Gauff. It was taken at a café named ‘Busboys and Poets’. They were enjoying a brunch date and had their table decked up with amazing food. Along with the photo, Coco also added, “Brunch with Candi Gauff”, as a caption.

Yesterday, Coco won her first match at Mubadala Citi DC Open against Hailey Baptiste. The brunch date might have been a celebration of her victory in the game before her second round against Belinda Bencic. After the match, Coco was greeted by lovely fans as well. In a sweet move, she made sure to acknowledge them with a beautiful Instagram story on her profile.
