The year 2017 was indeed a special one for Serena Williams. The American legend married Reddit co-founder, Alexis Ohanian, that year. The same year, she gave birth to her first child, Olympia. Additionally, she was coming on the back of winning the Australian Open 2017 title too. Serena had defeated her elder sister, Venus Williams, in the finals to lift her 23rd Grand Slam title.

Along with her strong performances on the court, Serena has replicated that success off the court too. Further, she shares a close bond with Alexis and Olympia and the trio is often seen sharing adorable moments on social media. Recently, she had a lovely gift for her husband.
Serena Williams’ gift for Alexis Ohanian on his birthday
On Sunday, April 24, Serena’s husband, Alexis Ohanian, celebrated his 39th birthday. The former World Number 1 packed a wonderful present for him, filled with love. The card read, “Not just for today but everyday. I love you. Your wife.” Alexis displayed the beautiful present by Serena via a story on his official Instagram handle.

Earlier, Alexis showered praise on his daughter, Olympia, for her scientific skills. He said, “I’m 39 today. Waking up with this little paleontologist was the best birthday gift I could’ve asked for. She will be my legacy — not founding @Reddit @Initialized, or even @sevensevensix (despite how ambitious our goals are) — making her proud is the lens through which I build.”
Further, on the tennis front, Serena is on the brink of making a return to the court. She has missed playing on the tour and is eager to make a strong comeback. Recently, she shared a cryptic TikTok video, hinting (at least with her level of regained fitness) at playing at The Championships, Wimbledon this year. It was this very tournament where Serena last played. Fans worldwide, who have been waiting for quite a long, should finally get to see her back on the tour soon.
