Alexis Ohanian feels elated after obtaining Christen Press’ card

The rare card was from the Fifa Women’s World Cup final in 2019 against the Netherlands and it was that of the team’s star forward, Christen Press. A delighted Ohanian could not contain his joy, as he shared the photo of the card on his official Twitter account. In the caption, he wrote, “I’ve been collecting @USWNT cards since 2019 and there are some real gems. I can’t wait to see how the @NWSL cards evolve. (photos via my @OnlyAltOfficial vault)”

Later, he made another tweet and wrote, “Gotta get it graded! It feels extra good to hold @ChristenPress cards these days with her on @weareangelcity.”

It is worth noting that the USWNT forward is currently playing for Angel City FC. Currently, Angel City FC is second in the NWSL league table, just below San Diego Wave.

Serena Williams is getting ready for her comeback to the tour

While Ohanian is enjoying his team’s success, Serena Williams has not enjoyed the same at the Grand Slam level in a long time. Her last Grand Slam title was back in 2017 at the Australian Open. At that time, she was pregnant with her daughter Olympia.
