‘This Kid Is the Best’ – Serena Williams’ Husband Alexis Ohanian Beams With Pride as Olympia’s Soccer Team Makes History

Olympia, the daughter of Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian, is already achieving many great things at the age of four. In an announcement in 2020, Olympia became the co-owner of the soccer club Angel City FC, a Los Angeles-based soccer club.

Alexis. who is one of the investors of this soccer club, dedicated it to her daughter during its inauguration. Yesterday, the father-daughter duo paid a visit to a pre-season match for the Angel City FC as Alexis shared a photo on his social media.

Alexis Ohanian and Olympia went on a soccer match date

As the leading investor of Angel City FC, Alexis Ohanian showed his support for the soccer club alongside Olympia. Recently, the Reddit co-founder shared a photo on Twitter and wrote, “This kid is the best.”

Incidentally, Ohanian also shared some videos and photos of that game on his Instagram story. It was a pre-season match of NWSL (National Women’s Soccer League) between Angel City FC and Wave FC.

During the match, Olympia hilariously got annoyed at the score-line as it was 0-0. Eventually, Olympia got her wish as her team scored in the second half. However, the result may not please Olympia and Alexis as the match ended in a draw (1-1).

Also, Ohanian expressed his joy on Instagram over the packed stadium for a pre-season game. Notably, famous movie star Natalie Portman is the founder of this soccer club. Apart from her, soccer player Mia Hamm is also a co-investor. 

Serena Williams is enjoying her time with Olympia

Currently, Serena is away from tennis and enjoying her time with her daughter and family. Pretty often, she posts pictures with Olympia on social media as they ace the twinning game every single time. However, there are still clouds hanging over Serena’s head about her potential return to the tennis court. 

Earlier, she gave a hint about not giving up on catching Margaret Court’s record of 24 Grand Slam titles. French Open is the next Grand Slam event and Wimbledon will follow. It will be interesting to see if she makes a comeback before either one of these two tournaments.
