23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams’s husband, Alexis Ohanian, is one of the most successful business personalities. Apart from being the co-founder of Reddit, his frequent investments garner a lot of attention from young aspirants. Therefore, Ohanian’s advice holds a lot of value.

Further, he loves sharing his experience so that people can get a gist of what they are getting into. The 39-year-old recently shared a method that worked for him while he was working on Reddit.

Ohanian disclosed the way one can gather information from the public. So that whatever product you are building has more connectivity with the people it caters to. He shared a thread and wrote, “Love this advice. At 22 + starting Reddit I’d go to my local coffee shop and offer people a free cup of coffee to let me ask them questions about where they got their news, if they published online, + what they thought of this mockup I’d made (the homepage, voting arrows, etc).”

He added, “I learned a lot about the business / product. I ultimately wanted to build and I think this young man’s approach to thinking about professions / networking would be even more effective use of coffee + time — especially this early in one’s career.”

However, the co-founder of Reddit isn’t all about business. He is a dedicated husband to Serena Williams and a doting father to his four-year-old daughter, Olympia. Also, he is a free spirited individual with a variety of hobbies.

Ohanian relishes

Ohanian is a man of multiple interests. Further, he doesn’t mind the extent he has to go to enjoy them to the fullest. A few months back he traveled to Madrid just to witness his favorite singer perform.

Thereafter, he flew to Miami to be a part of the Miami Grand Prix at the Hard Rock Stadium, alongside Serena and Venus Williams. All three of them were there to support F1 legend, Lewis Hamilton.
