

Serena Williams made a much-awaited come-back a few days ago. She took a wild card entry to the Wimbledon Championships in 2022. Playing after a long gap, she looked rusty but still gave a good fight to her French opponent, Harmony Tan. Unfortunately, she ended up on the losing side and crashed out of the tournament after the first match. On the brighter side, Serena has her family by her side in London and is spending some quality family time.

Recently, Serena and her husband Alexis Ohanian paid a visit to the Greek NBA star, Giannis Antetokounmpo. Lil’ Olympia also accompanied her parents.

Serena Williams, her husband Alexis Ohanian, and her daughter visited Giannis Antetokounmpo. The greek basketball player took to his Twitter account to share a picture of their meeting.
“Great family time with three GOATs,” he wrote in the caption.

Later, Ohanian also shared the tweet with a funny reply, he wrote,”One for sure Olympia and I have work to do. So good spending time with you & your family.”

While Serena enjoys a perfect holiday, her fans will be eager to see her back on the court, soon.
Serena Williams in pursuit of 24th Grand Slam title
Even though Serena lost her comeback match, she surely is not done yet. Speaking at the post-match press conference, Serena expressed her disappointment. However, the 40-year-old hinted at not hanging the racket anytime soon. Also, she suggested a possible US Open participation later this year.

“The US Open -that being the first place I’ve won a grand slam — is something that’s always super special. Your first time is always special. There’s definitely lots of motivation to get better and to play at home,” Serena said.
Serena has 23 Grand Slam titles in her illustrious career. She needs only one more to equal the record for the most number of Grand Slams. Who knows, she might even go past the 24 as well.
