Ever since winning the 2021 US Open, Emma Raducanu has gone through turbulent times. While the limelight does good to some, many players crumble under the bucket of pressure. The same happened to Raducanu, who came into the spotlight with a massive victory. She entered the 2021 US Open as a qualifier and went on to defeat Leylah Fernandez for the title. However, since then, Raducanu has failed to live up to expectations. She hasn’t gone beyond the second round of Grand Slams since then. Additionally, she has had early exits from other WTA tournaments.
Meanwhile, the British tennis beauty has missed a large part of the 2023 season. Earlier this year, she revealed that she’ll miss the French Open and Wimbledon after suffering from wrist and ankle injuries. However, the 20-year-old has encouraging news for her fans.
