The Easter Egg Roll is an annual White House tradition. This year, President Joe Biden, along with Jill Biden, the first lady, hosted it and there were some big names in attendance. Among them was Sloane Stephens, the American tennis star who is currently World No. 51 in the WTA rankings. Stephens attended the grand event with her husband Jozy Altidore, the American soccer star, and Cameron, their stepson. Cameron’s cousin also joined them.

Parental responsibilities kept Sloane Stephens and Jozy Altidore on their toes

A day out with the kids at a place like the White House can be tricky. Both Stephens and Altidore had to be alert throughout their White House experience and keep checking on Cameron and his cousin.

In Stephen’s Instagram Story, she showed an assortment of desserts that the President and the first lady had laid out on a gigantic table. Cameron looked in high spirits posing with the bunny mascots. Stephens, who has been at the White House before, managed to get a picture of herself along with her husband too.

In a hilarious image, Stephens wrote, “Peak parenting mode activated.” It showed Cameron with his cousin sitting and staring at a smartphone as the rest of the guests went about their business. The family also spent some time outside and engaged in some fun games and activities.

Stephens regrets not taking enough pictures of her husband Altidore

While Stephens did get a few pictures and videos of herself and the kids, she couldn’t capture much of her husband Jozy Altidore. This left her a little upset, as she wrote, “Honestly can’t believe I didn’t get any pictures of my husband today. He looked so handsome.”

Even the number of pictures that the couple took together was limited. According to Stephens, their constant focus on the children left them with very few opportunities to click pictures. Stephens was also smitten with how the kids looked and said, “The boys had matching ties, we didn’t plan it but they also look so precious.”

All in all, it proved to be a great day out for Stephens and her family. She finished the post by saying, “We are so grateful. We had a beautiful day & the boys got to do everything they wanted + some.”
