Apart from being the husband of Serena Williams and a successful tech investor and entrepreneur, Alexis Ohanian is also a loving father. Even though Ohanian leads a fast-paced life that involves a lot of travel, he still makes every possible effort to spend time with his family. Over the years, Ohanian has become something of a pancake artist owing to Olympia’s demands. While his pancake art isn’t always very pleasing to look at, it reflects the love he has for his daughter.

Ohanian’s pancake tradition also seems to have made an impression on American actress, singer, and TV personality Kelly Rowland. Recently, Rowland created some pancake art on her own and shared it on Instagram. As it turned out, Ohanian was quite pleased with Rowland’s attempt.

After making the best pancake art she could, Rowland took to Instagram and shared her creation with her followers. Furthermore, she tagged both Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian. Quite clearly, Ohanian’s experiments inspired her to create some pancake art of her own.

In her Instagram post, Rowland wished her followers, “Happy Sunday!” After tagging Serena Williams and her husband, she wrote, “I didn’t make a mermaid or a doll, but this will just have to do! Lol”.

Ohanian was quick to respond to Rowland’s post. He reshared it as a story on Instagram and had words of encouragement for Rowland. The tech entrepreneur wrote, “You really nailed it @kellyrowland – I’m gonna get you some squeeze bottles”. Looks like Rowland’s followers can expect some better pancake art in the near future now that some squeeze bottles will come her way.

Ohanian’s impressive pancake art portfolio

It’s been a few years since Olympia started requesting her father to create pancake art for her. Ohanian’s initial experiments weren’t quite up to scratch. However, he never gave up. Instead, he persisted and got better at it, and the results started showing improvement from 2022.

For instance, in April 2022, Olympia requested Ohanian to make a ‘Little Mermaid’ pancake, and he obliged. Ohanian’s next great piece of pancake art came in November 2022, when he made a ‘Peach’ pancake for Olympia. His efforts have inspired Olympia to design pancakes as well.
