Barbora Krejcikova, who looks up to the Czech-American tennis star, expressed her admiration and appreciation for the former tennis legend following her double cancer diagnosis.

Even after retiring from the sport, the former tennis player attended various tournaments as a tennis analyst. And even today, she is a huge part of the tennis circuit, but after her sudden cancer diagnosis, everybody is missing her on the tennis court.

Barbora Krejcikova’s heartfelt tribute to Martina Navratilova 

Recently, the 27-year-old tennis player recently won the Indian Wells doubles title along with her partner Katerina Siniakova. And in the post-match press conference, the 2023 Australian Open Doubles champion was asked about her role model and idol, Navratilova, in her life, as a Czech tennis star.

She said, “I really like her, and she also is trying to help me with the development of my tennis. So I can say that for me, yeah, she is a really big, like, guiding light right now after not having Jana here anymore.”

Additionally, she also talked about how she was grateful to even meet her in person and that she is really lucky to share the same passion for tennis.
