Venus Williams has finally decided to break the ice on her dating life. In an interview with Glamour UK in October 2022, Venus confessed that staying single has become one of her bad habits. For Venus, staying single is more like a routine. Once she gets the hang of it, it’s hard to break the habit.

The last time Venus Williams decided to discuss her single life and freedom was with Cosmo in 2021. Since then, a lot of rumors about her love life have come up and from what it looks like, Venus is finally starting to enter the dating circle.

Venus Williams finds it “hard to get out of” her single life

Life is great for the 42-year-old Venus Williams. Well, being a seven-time Grand Slam winner and a successful businesswoman- what could possibly go wrong? That’s until one day she decided she’s had enough of being single. 

However, Venus isn’t all ready to start looking for the perfect man. She’s going to give in to the flow when and as it comes about. Talking to Glamour UK in October, she said, “I think it’s really easy to get stuck in a single life and sometimes – at least for me – harder to get out of a single life…When life changes, you’ve got to know when to change…can’t hold on to either a relationship or the singleness.”

“I’m Undatable”: Venus Williams Squashes All Relationship Rumors

Williams shared more about this balance when she spoke about finding some time out for yourself every day. “Balance is important and burnout is real…”[At] the end of the day, I have my two hours of quiet and nobody’s there, no one’s talking and it’s just my moment.”

Venus might have thought about her philosophy all the way, or not. She confessed that she isn’t very sure how this could work in a setup with family and kids involved. “But I’ve got my little routines that work for me,” she said. When asked about her way of cherishing her single life, she said,

Recently, rumors of Venus dating Reilly Opelka have come up again and, in light of this interview, everything has just become more confusing. While Venus’ fans are so not ready for her to start dating Reilly, some aren’t as opposed to the idea. Well, looking at her dating history, Venus Williams has always held her own in every relationship. She has never had a problem with remembering her gravity and focusing on her life.
